Verse of the Day
A spirit of power and love
God did not give us a spirit that makes us afraid but a spirit of power and love and self-control.
2 Timothy 1:7

Our Prayer
Heavenly Father, We come before You today, not to escape the world, but to shine within it. Teach us, O Lord, that walking in Your ways is not isolation, but illumination. Forgive us for thinking that holiness means hiding. You, Lord Jesus, walked among the broken, the lost, the proud, and the hopeless—not to become like them, but to show them a better way. You prayed in solitude but lived in service. You taught, but You also touched. You wept, but You also walked through the storms with boldness. Help us to live like You—full of grace, yet anchored in truth. Let us be examples, not just in speech, but in conduct, in love, and in discipline. Remind us that true power isn’t loud—it’s steady. True love isn’t weak—it sets boundaries. True faith doesn’t run from people—it reaches them. As Your Word says, You have not given us a spirit of fear or timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. So today, we ask for strength to balance fellowship with solitude, conviction with compassion, and boundaries with kindness. Make us living testimonies—seen, heard, and felt. In Jesus' name, Amen.
